  INSIGHT ON STEM'S WORK IMMERSION “You will never know if you never try”. Everything can be learned through experiences, your experiences serve as one of the foundation of what you are. According to Merriam Webster, immersion is based on extensive exposure to surrounding or pertinent to the object of the study. So, when we say immersion, it is like an OJT/ On the Job Training that we will expose our skills in the field to learned, to enhance our skills, to practice or to experience the job that we want to know or to have someday. As a grade 12 STEM students, we all know that we will be having an immersion on the second semester. Basically it means that we will be having a “mock job”. Students of grade 12 STEM having an excitement and at the same time it make us feel nervous because as early as this time, we will be able to experience the job that we intended to have after we finish our degree in college. Insight on STEM's Work Immersion         STEM or Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, an academic strand, home of future engineers, scientists, doctors, and more that are related to the core and aim of the strand. Yet as an academic strand, its main goal for the children/students’ decision in future career is yet to be uphold, some are still confuse and some are determined but the students have different view in future’s career choice.       Industrial Immersion is the OJT or On Job Training- supposedly on college- yet senior high school is considered as the first step in college, so it had been applied on senior high school, and STEM is one of it. Because STEM students have different choice of their future careers, others are confused and did not know what to do- so I can say it’s pretty tough on choosing a right and handy job for the Industrial Immersion.
